Buyer Terms

These Buyer Terms (“Terms”) apply when you submit an enquiry through Jet Nova Partners (“JNP”, “we”, “us”), including enquiries on a specific listing or general buyer enquiries submitted via the site. By submitting a form, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.

1) What JNP is (and is not)

JNP operates an aircraft listings platform and provides a central enquiry channel. JNP is not a party to the sale between seller and buyer and does not guarantee availability, response times, or outcomes.

2) Enquiry handling and filtering

Buyer enquiries submitted through the platform are received by JNP. To reduce spam and low-intent messages, we may ask clarifying questions, request additional context, or decline to forward an enquiry. At our discretion, we may forward enquiries we consider relevant to the seller.

JNP may not forward enquiries that appear automated, abusive, fraudulent, incomplete, or unrelated to the listing.

3) No guarantees

• JNP does not guarantee that a seller will respond or that an aircraft will remain available.
• JNP does not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or up to date.
• JNP does not guarantee that an enquiry will be forwarded or that you will be introduced to a seller.
• JNP does not provide advice on airworthiness, value, legality, or suitability.

4) Your responsibilities as a buyer

• Due diligence: you are responsible for verifying all listing information directly with the seller and relevant records.
• Inspections: you should arrange appropriate inspections and checks (technical, maintenance, legal, and operational) before purchase.
• Compliance: you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, licensing, and insurance.
• Payments: you are responsible for secure payment arrangements and any escrow or legal services you choose to use.

5) Acceptable use and anti-spam

You agree not to submit spam, misleading information, abusive content, or unlawful communications. You must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the website (including automated scraping or form abuse). We may block IPs, reject submissions, or restrict access where abuse is suspected.

6) Third-party services

Any third-party services (maintenance providers, instructors, ferry services, legal counsel, escrow, etc.) are independent of JNP. If you engage third parties, you do so under separate agreements and at your own risk.

7) Liability and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from: (a) the publication, accuracy, or removal of listings, (b) enquiry filtering or forwarding decisions, (c) buyer-seller interactions, or (d) reliance on seller-provided or third-party information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8) Privacy

We collect enquiry details to process your submission and communicate with you and/or the seller. See Privacy.

9) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith and may proceed to NZ courts if unresolved.
