Buyer Terms

Version: 2026-01-28

These Buyer Terms (“Terms”) apply when you contact Jet Nova Partners (“JNP”, “we”, “us”) via our website forms (including “Message Jet Nova Partners” and “Buy an aircraft”). By submitting an enquiry, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.

1) What JNP does

JNP assists buyers and sellers of light aircraft in New Zealand. Depending on the situation, we may provide introductions, share available information, and coordinate next steps (for example, arranging communications and helping organise viewings or inspections).

2) Brokerage engagement (if agreed)

If you and JNP agree to work together under a separate written brokerage engagement (a “Mandate”), that Mandate will govern the scope of work (and any exclusivity if agreed). If there is no Mandate, JNP acts as an independent introducer and coordinator only.

3) Enquiries are reviewed

We may ask follow-up questions to understand your mission, timeframe, and constraints. We may decline to progress an enquiry at our discretion (for example, if it appears incomplete, not serious, or not suitable for our current scope).

4) No advice

JNP is not providing engineering, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for obtaining independent inspections, checks, and advice.

5) Accuracy of information

Aircraft information may be provided by sellers or third parties and can contain errors or omissions. Always verify details independently before relying on them.

6) Viewings, inspections, and third parties

Any inspection, maintenance, ferry, training, or other third-party services are provided by independent providers. Any contract, scope, pricing, advice, service quality, findings, or outcomes are between you and that provider.

7) Privacy

We collect your contact details to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about relevant opportunities. See Privacy.

8) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
