This Privacy Policy explains how Jet Nova Partners (“JNP”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the Jet Nova Partners website (the “Site”) or submit forms (buyer enquiries, seller listing requests, contact forms).

• Buyer enquiries: name, email, phone (optional), message, preferences (budget/timeframe/type), and listing reference (if provided).
• Seller listing requests: name, email, phone (optional), aircraft information, documents and photos you upload, and related notes.
• Technical data: basic logs and metadata such as IP address, user-agent, timestamps, page URL, and anti-spam signals.

2) How we use information

• To receive and process your enquiry or listing request.
• To ask clarifying questions and reduce spam and low-intent submissions.
• To review seller submissions, verify completeness, and decide whether to approve a listing request.
• To publish and manage listings (where approved), including formatting and anonymisation of personal details on public pages.
• To maintain site security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.

3) Seller details and public listings

Seller contact details are not displayed publicly by default. Listings may include aircraft details, photos, and non-identifying information such as region, category, and listing reference. JNP may remove personal information from public listing pages.

4) Sharing information

We share personal information only when necessary to operate the platform and respond to your request, including:

• With sellers: if you submit a buyer enquiry about a listing (or a relevant request), we may forward your enquiry to the relevant seller.
• With service providers: we use hosting and form processing providers to run the Site and deliver form submissions.
• Legal reasons: where required by law, or to protect users, prevent fraud, or respond to lawful requests.

5) Service providers (hosting and forms)

The Site is hosted using third-party infrastructure and services. Form submissions are processed using Netlify Forms, and anti-spam protection may include Netlify reCAPTCHA. These providers may process data on our behalf to deliver the Site functionality.
