This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information when you use our website (the “Site”), submit forms, contact JNP about aircraft, brokerage-related enquiries, or request introductions to aircraft sellers/owners or LAME inspectors.

Depending on what you do on the Site, we may collect:
- Buyer interest (aircraft listings): name, email, phone (optional), message, and listing reference (aircraftRef/aircraftLink) plus metadata (page URL/source and timestamps).
- Seller submission (list your aircraft): aircraft details (title/type/region/year/price/description) and seller contact details (name/email/phone/location) plus metadata (page source and timestamp).
- LAME services requests: selected region, your contact details (first/last name, email, phone), optional description, and metadata (page source and timestamp).
- Basic technical / anti-spam data: we may record anti-spam signals (e.g., honeypot fields and reCAPTCHA verification) and limited request context needed to route and log your request.
3) Why we collect it (purposes)
- to process and respond to your enquiries and requests;
- to facilitate introductions between buyers and sellers/owners;
- to route LAME requests to the relevant inspector by region;
- to coordinate follow-up, maintain records of introductions/requests, and prevent misuse/spam.
4) Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share your information when reasonably necessary to handle your request, including:
- Sellers/owners (or their authorised representatives), when you request interest in a specific listing.
- Independent LAME inspectors in the JNP network, when you submit a LAME services request for a region.
- Service providers used to operate the Site and communications (for example hosting/forms/functions, email delivery, and storing request logs/drafts in our private repository).
Some service providers may store or process data outside New Zealand. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and protect information.
5) Storage, security, and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, or misuse. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above (including recordkeeping and follow-up), then delete or de-identify it where appropriate.
6) Your rights: access and correction
You can request access to, or correction of, your personal information by emailing contact@jetnovapartners.co.nz.
7) Privacy breaches
If a privacy breach occurs that has caused, or is likely to cause, serious harm, we will notify the relevant authorities and affected individuals as required, as soon as practicable.

We may send messages related to your request (transactional/service messages). We will only send marketing messages where permitted, and marketing messages will include clear sender information and an unsubscribe option.
