Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jet Nova Partners website (the “Site”), including any content, listings, forms, and related services (“Content”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Definitions

“JNP”, “we”, “us” means Jet Nova Partners. “You” means a visitor, buyer, seller, or other user of the Site. “Listing” means an aircraft listing shown on the Site (which may include text, photos, and documents provided by third parties).

2) About the Site

The Site provides aircraft listings and general information, and allows users to submit enquiries to Jet Nova Partners (“JNP”). Some listings and content may be provided by third parties (including sellers/owners).

The Site is an information and communications platform only. JNP may review listing submissions, publish or remove listings, and receive, moderate, and (where relevant) forward enquiries. The Site does not guarantee availability of any aircraft, and content may change without notice.

The Site does not constitute an offer, recommendation, valuation, or professional advice. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for their own due diligence and for entering into any sale contract directly with each other.

3) JNP’s role (platform operator)

JNP operates the Site as a listings platform and central enquiry channel. JNP is not a party to any aircraft sale and does not hold funds, escrow, deposits, or title on behalf of buyers or sellers.

As part of operating the platform, JNP may (without obligation) review submissions, request supporting information, edit content for clarity/formatting, approve or decline listing requests, publish/unpublish listings, and manage site visibility (including sold/archived status).

Enquiries submitted through the Site are received by JNP. JNP may take reasonable steps to reduce spam and low-intent submissions (for example, by asking clarifying questions or declining to forward an enquiry). Where appropriate, JNP may forward an enquiry to the relevant seller/owner in accordance with the applicable Seller Listing Terms and Privacy Policy.

If JNP ever provides services beyond platform operation (for example a bespoke brokerage engagement), it must be agreed in a separate written agreement. Unless agreed in writing, JNP has no authority to bind any party, sign on behalf of any party, or make warranties/representations on behalf of any buyer, seller/owner, or third party.

4) Site availability — “as is”

The Site and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.

5) No professional advice — due diligence required

The Site does not provide legal, financial, tax, engineering, maintenance, or airworthiness advice. You must perform your own due diligence and seek independent professional advice where appropriate (including LAME inspections and legal counsel).

6) Listings / information — seller-provided; not an offer

Listings and related information may be provided by sellers/owners or other third parties. JNP does not verify every detail and does not warrant that Content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable. Listings are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer or contract.

7) Introductions and third-party services

Any inspections, maintenance opinions, legal advice, escrow, ferry services, training, or other third-party services are independent of JNP. If you engage third parties, you do so under separate agreements and at your own risk.

8) Third-party links and platforms

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability.

9) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting spam, abusive messages, misleading information, or unlawful content, or by attempting to interfere with Site operation (including automated scraping, probing, or form abuse).

10) Intellectual property, limited licence, and anti-scraping

The Site and its design, code, and branding are owned by JNP or its licensors. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit the Site or Content without written permission, except where permitted by law.

11) Right to refuse, suspend, or remove

We may refuse access, block submissions, suspend users, or remove Content or listings where we reasonably believe there is spam, abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms or applicable law.

12) Privacy

We collect and use information in accordance with our Privacy policy.

13) Consumer law (New Zealand)

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable. Where permitted by law, we limit our liability as set out below.

14) Limitation of liability (to the extent permitted by law)

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from: (a) reliance on Content or listings, (b) enquiry filtering/forwarding decisions, (c) buyer-seller interactions, (d) aircraft condition, availability, or suitability, or (e) third-party services.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify JNP against reasonable costs, claims, losses, and liabilities arising from your misuse of the Site, your submitted content, or your breach of these Terms.

16) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith and may proceed to NZ courts if unresolved.
