Seller Brokerage Terms
Version: 2026-01-28
These Seller Brokerage Terms (“Terms”) apply when you contact Jet Nova Partners (“JNP”, “we”, “us”) to request marketing support, buyer introductions, and coordination for the sale of an aircraft. By submitting the seller form, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.
Important: these Terms are general. Any commission, exclusivity and engagement details are agreed separately in writing (for example by email confirmation or a signed mandate).
1) Our role
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, JNP acts as an independent broker/introducer and coordinator. We may help present and market your aircraft, receive and filter enquiries, and coordinate introductions and viewings.
JNP is not a party to the sale and does not provide legal, financial, or airworthiness advice.
2) Engagement, exclusivity, and fees
- Engagement: the scope of services is as agreed in writing for your aircraft.
- Exclusivity: exclusive or non-exclusive status (if any) is only as agreed in writing.
- Commission/fees: any commission or other fee is agreed in writing. If no fee is agreed in writing, none is payable.
3) Review, publishing, and edits
All submissions are reviewed. We may decline to publish, or publish with edits (including anonymisation, formatting, and clarity improvements). We may request additional information to verify details before publishing.
4) Enquiries and seller contact details
Unless you request otherwise, seller phone and email are not publicly displayed. Buyers contact JNP through the website enquiry process. We may share relevant buyer information with you to coordinate viewings and next steps.
5) Your declarations and responsibilities
- You are the aircraft owner or authorised to market and sell the aircraft.
- The information and documents you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge and not misleading.
- You disclose known defects, damage history, and any airworthiness/maintenance limitations that could materially affect a buyer decision.
- You remain responsible for negotiations, contracts, payments, transfer of title, and regulatory compliance.
- You are responsible for aircraft access and supervision during viewings and inspections (unless agreed otherwise in writing).
6) Marketing licence (photos, text)
You grant JNP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and reproduce your text, photos, and media for the purpose of marketing your aircraft (including on the JNP website and JNP channels). We may edit and format content, including anonymising details where appropriate.
7) Viewings and coordination
Unless agreed in writing, JNP’s role is limited to coordinating communications and logistics (such as time and meeting location). JNP does not take custody of the aircraft, does not supervise the aircraft, and is not responsible for security, access control, or any incident occurring during travel to/from or at a viewing/inspection location.
Buyers must conduct their own due diligence and obtain independent inspections.
8) No technical or legal advice
JNP is not an aviation maintenance organisation, AME/LAME provider, legal adviser, or financial adviser. Sellers and buyers must obtain independent inspections and advice.
9) Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from marketing, introductions, coordination activities, reliance on seller-provided or third-party information, aircraft condition, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10) Privacy
We collect seller information for verification and coordination. See Privacy.
11) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith and may proceed to NZ courts if unresolved.
