Seller Listing Terms

These Seller Listing Terms (“Terms”) apply when you submit a request to list an aircraft on Jet Nova Partners (“JNP”, “we”, “us”). By submitting the seller form, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.

These Terms describe the listing process and platform rules. They do not create a brokerage mandate and do not guarantee a sale.

1) What JNP is (and is not)

JNP operates an aircraft listings platform. We publish approved listings and provide a central enquiry channel. JNP is not a party to the sale between seller and buyer, and does not provide legal, financial, or airworthiness advice.

2) Listing request, review, and approval

• Request: you submit your listing request and supporting information/documents/photos.
• Review: we review submissions for completeness, clarity, and consistency. We may request additional information.
• Approval or decline: we may approve or decline a listing request at our discretion (for example if information is incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent).
• No automatic publication: a listing goes live only after approval.

3) Monthly listing subscription

• Activation: if your listing request is approved, we will invite you to activate a monthly listing subscription.
• Pay-to-stay-live: your listing remains visible on the platform only while the subscription remains active and paid.
• Non-payment: if the subscription is not renewed or payment fails, the listing may be removed or unpublished without notice.
• Non-refundable: amounts paid for a subscription month are non-refundable (including if you request removal during a paid month), unless required by applicable law.
• Fees: the subscription fee depends on the aircraft category or listing plan as communicated at the time of activation.

4) Enquiries and seller contact

Buyer enquiries submitted through the platform are received by JNP. Seller phone/email are not displayed publicly by default. We may ask buyers clarifying questions and filter enquiries to reduce spam and low-intent messages. At our discretion, we may forward enquiries we consider relevant to the seller.

Note: filtering improves signal, but JNP does not guarantee that forwarded enquiries are “qualified”, genuine, or financially able. The seller remains responsible for due diligence and verification.

5) No commission / no success fee

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, JNP charges a monthly listing subscription and does not charge a commission or success fee for the sale of the aircraft.

6) Listing content, edits, and publishing rules

• Accuracy: you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and media you provide.
• Edits: we may edit listing text for formatting, clarity, structure, and consistency (without changing the meaning).
• Anonymisation: we may remove personal details and sensitive information from the public page.
• Verification: we may request supporting documents before publishing (logbook extracts, maintenance status, ownership authority, etc.).
• Removal: we may remove or unpublish a listing if we reasonably believe it is misleading, incomplete, or violates these Terms.

7) Your declarations and responsibilities

• You are the aircraft owner or authorised to market and sell the aircraft.
• The information and documents you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge and not misleading.
• You disclose known defects, damage history, and any limitations that could materially affect a buyer decision.
• You remain responsible for negotiations, contracts, payments, transfer of title, and regulatory compliance.
• You handle buyer verification and due diligence (identity, funds, experience, approvals, insurance, etc.).

8) Third-party services and inspections

Any inspections, maintenance opinions, legal advice, escrow, ferry services, or similar third-party services are separate from JNP. If you or a buyer engage third parties, you do so at your own risk and under separate agreements.

9) Marketing licence (photos, text, media)

You grant JNP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display your text, photos, and media for the purpose of marketing your aircraft on the JNP website and JNP channels. This licence ends when your listing is removed, except that cached or archived copies may persist for a reasonable time.

10) Anti-spam and acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to send spam, misleading communications, or unlawful content. We may block, reject, or remove content or enquiries that appear abusive, automated, fraudulent, or irrelevant.

11) Liability and disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from: (a) publication or removal of listings, (b) filtering or forwarding of enquiries, (c) reliance on seller-provided or third-party information, (d) aircraft condition, or (e) buyer behaviour and actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12) Privacy

We collect seller information for review, verification, and communication. See Privacy.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith and may proceed to NZ courts if unresolved.
