These LAME Services Terms (“LAME Terms”) apply when you submit a LAME services request through Jet Nova Partners (“JNP”, “we”, “us”), including via our interactive map and request form. They supplement the Website Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1) What JNP does (referral / routing)
JNP may help route your request to an independent LAME inspector in our network, typically based on region. We may also assist with basic coordination (e.g., passing contact details or clarifying your request).
2) Independent third parties
LAME inspectors are independent third parties. JNP does not employ or control them. JNP does not guarantee availability, response times, pricing, scope of work, findings, quality, or outcomes.
3) Your contract is with the inspector
Any inspection, pre-purchase assessment, advice, report, estimate, repair, or other work is provided under a contract between you and the inspector (or their business). You are responsible for agreeing scope, pricing, timing, and terms directly with the inspector.
4) No certification / no airworthiness approval
JNP does not certify aircraft, provide maintenance releases, or make any airworthiness determination. Any statements or outputs of an inspector are their own and are not endorsements or warranties by JNP.
5) Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details and a clear description of your request.
- Confirm the inspector’s qualifications, licensing and suitability for your aircraft type and intended scope.
- Arrange access, documentation (logbooks/records), insurance, and any approvals you require.
6) Consent to share your information
By submitting a LAME request, you consent to JNP sharing the information you provide (including your contact details and request description) with the relevant inspector(s) for the purpose of responding to your request.
7) Records and logs
To ensure requests are handled responsibly and to keep an audit trail, JNP may keep internal logs of LAME requests (including region, timestamps, and routing outcome), in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8) Limitation of liability (to the extent permitted by law)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNP is not liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from:
- any acts or omissions of an inspector or other third party;
- inspection findings, advice, or reports;
- delays, availability issues, scheduling, access problems, or pricing disputes;
- aircraft condition (including hidden/latent defects) or airworthiness.
Nothing in these LAME Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9) Governing law
These LAME Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and disputes are subject to New Zealand courts.
